FlowState Timer is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in our app.

1. No Data Collection or Tracking

FlowState Timer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data from its users. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs that collect data. Your usage of the app is entirely private.

2. Local Data Storage

The app stores certain preferences and session data locally on your device using UserDefaults. This includes:

• Your default focus and break times
• Your sound and appearance settings
• Your completed focus sessions (tasks, reflections, durations)
• A flag indicating if notification permission has been requested

This data is stored only on your device and is not accessible by us or any third party. If you delete the app, this local data will be removed.

3. Notifications

FlowState Timer uses local notifications to alert you when your focus or break timer ends, even if the app is in the background. The app will ask for your permission to send notifications. This permission can be managed in your device’s system settings. We do not use notifications for any marketing or data collection purposes.
